Dudley Fire Department provides 24 hour per day Paramedic Level Advanced Life Support Emergency Medical Services to the town of Dudley. We operate two state licensed paramedic level ambulances. The town of Dudley is fortunate enough to have six hospitals within 30 minutes of town: Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge, Harrington Healthcare at Hubbard in Webster, UMass Memorial Medical Center, UMass Memorial Hospital, and St. Vincent's Hospital all in Worcester, and Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, CT.
